My therapeutic approach is person-centered; everything we do in therapy is about your needs and preferences. I use evidence-based treatment practices, specializing in treating anxiety disorders, trauma, and general life stress.

I use telehealth exclusively. It is secure, private, simple and convenient. We can use tele-videoconferencing (see link below) and/or voice only over telephone.
